Her rash went away and I don't use cream anymore. They do a great job at keeping the moisture away from baby's bottom and in the diaper below. Definitely worth buying again!

I've noticed that some people think these are doublers; they don't absorb anything. Their sole purpose is to create a barrier between baby's bottom and the wet diaper.
